"Minimalistic" is best, consider having as minimal quantity of furniture as possible. White is an "enlarging" tone as it will–create any `space` ´emerge‐larger’. Therefore, if you have too many‐furniture products in one space it can really cause the entire opposite. Alternatively, give the space an airy feel by being minimalistic.

Lovely pink, it`s probably one of the oldest home―decor clichés in existence: women want ´everything’ in pink. As this warm small space shows and pink isn’t an evil tone in modern scheme also if used in moderation plus can still yield some attractive consequence.

On the wall beyond the sofa, the chinoserie wallpaper plus golden‐mirrors work together to give the space a touch of flash without ´overstating’ their attendance plus drowning the sofa–out.
