Swathed in grass‐cloth, paint isn`t the only way to pervade walls with a hit of blue. In this New Traditional space a blue grass‐cloth wall‐covering was utilized to wrap the space in color. Dramatic table lamps also hits of orange magnify the color plus make for a dynamic area.

Shades–of–blue. Shades–of–blue are ideal to maintain the classic–aesthetics that are well―known for mid―century decor. The key is working with multifarious dissimilar colors of blue plus making them work together. Include lighter colors of blue together with dark―shades of navy for the ideal well‐balanced area.

"Minimalistic" is best, consider having as minimal quantity of furniture as possible. White is an "enlarging" tone as it will–create any `space` ´emerge‐larger’. Therefore, if you have too many‐furniture products in one space it can really cause the entire opposite. Alternatively, give the space an airy feel by being minimalistic.

This just goes to ‘show‘ that 'collaboration' isn’t a bad thing. If you don`t have a exact–idea in mind, a small advice from friends also family‐members may offer you the ´creativity´ you need to nail‐down a sketch or theme.

Print the picture–out, take it together with you to your favorite―furniture stores plus have a small fun trying to match each‐piece. You probably won‘t discover ideals matches but alike pieces you do find will ´feel’ much more personal plus create the final area much cozier. For visual interest try some `thrift` store finds.

On the wall beyond the sofa, the chinoserie wallpaper plus golden‐mirrors work together to give the space a touch of flash without ´overstating’ their attendance plus drowning the sofa–out. Each piece is like a 'special' cast member in a stage play or ’television’ show. Every piece in this space is little but each piece still has immense character.
